1.Handling massive, awkwardly shaped metal components during the painting process has traditionally been a major bottleneck for heavy equipment manufacturers.
To solve this, our new coating line integrates a high-capacity overhead chain conveyor system.
As demonstrated in our facility, the robust drop chains and custom-designed load hooks can safely and smoothly transport workpieces weighing several tons, keeping the floor space entirely clear and eliminating the need for cumbersome ground trolleys.
